Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the United States only (excluding U.S. territories).

• We partner with trusted U.S.-based suppliers, and products ship directly from supplier warehouses
• Processing times may be extended during holidays or promotional periods
Delivery Time
• Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days (processing time + transit time)
• Expedited Shipping (if available): Typically 2-3 business days (processing time + transit time)
• Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, or carrier operations
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping speed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can monitor your package status.
Shipping Delays
While we work with reliable U.S.-based logistics partners, we cannot be held responsible for delays during transit, including but not limited to:
• Severe weather or natural disasters
• Carrier operational issues
• Holiday peak periods
Once products are handed over to the carrier, shipping responsibility and risk transfer to the carrier and customer.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient refusal, or other reasons and is returned to sender, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Packages
• If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
• We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arrange a replacement
• Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt and take photos if any damage is found, retaining all packaging materials
